A friendly welcome at our new park in a quiet on farm location. Situated on Kondinin-Hyden Road, adjoining Karlgarin townsite, 17 kilometres west of Hyden.  Make this your base while visiting the attractions of the area at your leisure.

The park has modern ablutions, full disabled facilities, campers kitchen, drive thru’ bays with powered and unpowered sites, lawn tent areas, laundry, TV reception, budget/backpacker accommodation, central sullage point.  Large sites are suitable for motorhomes.  

Other facilities include baby bath in laundry, washing machine & dryer/ fee applicable, barbecue, public telephone.  Dogs allowed – conditions apply.  

Van sites : Powered $21.00 - $25.00 (2 person)  

                    Unpowered $17.00 - $22.00 (2 person)

Tent sites :  Powered $22.00 (2 people)

                         Unpowered $17.00 (2 people)  

Please note: Additional adults charged at $4.00, and additional children charged at $3.00

Budget accommodation is available in cabin (donga style) rooms accommodating 2 people, with double deck single beds, use of park ablutions and campers kitchen which contains stove top, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric jug and some pots etc.  

Rates for rooms with linen included, television, fridge, tea making facilities and reverse air conditioning are $50.00 (2 person). Single $35.00.

Rooms with air conditioning, heater and linen for hire - $35.00 (2 Person). Single $30.00.

Own linen - $27.00 (2 person). Single $22.00.    

Visit our museum – A trip down memory lane.  We have a large collection of gramophones and 78 records – which you can choose to hear played, memorabilia, tools and pioneer farming machinery, collected over many years.  Something for all to see.
